1. Agreement
These terms govern use of ClubLoop by clubs and their members. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your club.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the actions of anyone you grant club-level access to.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed per club, monthly or annually in advance. Free trials convert only when you choose a paid plan.
4. Payments taken through ClubLoop
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Match fees and membership subs collected on your behalf are reconciled to your club record.
5. Your data
Your club owns its data. We process it to run the service and never sell it. Export is available at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ClubLoop to store unlawful content, contact members without a lawful basis, or attempt to disrupt the service.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
8. Ending your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period, after which data is retained for 30 days.
